Position Overview:
As an Account Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. You will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Understand client needs and tailor product solutions to meet their business goals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Sales Representative or similar role in sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
